It's not always easy to change direction once you have an established path. But the danger of maintaining the status quo is to get into a rut so deep that you can't turn from it easily.
The Lord has led us to renew our focus, direction, and to do things differently. In the past the main backbone of Kainos has been Monday nights, teaching and equipping and ministry. But with a clear command to "change" and a not so clear direction as to how, we are now focusing now on being more of a networking ministry. Many who have been a part of Kainos in the past are leading their own groups, and following the prompting of the Spirit. Their obedience makes it clear that God is having us adjust to a new season where fluidity and adaptability are necessary while maintaining community. A true communion of diverse groups of saints.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to seek the Lord to see what He wants to do through all of us in our region! Keep your spiritual ears and eyes open to see how He may move YOU to be involved in a revival that is spreading around the world!
Mary: Just a note of encouragement to all who want to reach out with the love of God. Go for it!!! 2 weeks ago I had a patient in the chair, single mother 2 kids, working, going to school and trying to make ends meet. The Lord impressed upon me to pray over her and bless her. I asked her and she said yes. When I laid hands upon her, I told her how much the Lord loved her, and how precious she is to Him along with other prayers. When I told her about His love for her she gasped and cried! When I asked her how she was, she said "I felt the love of God go into my heart when you prayed that. I felt it!" She continued to say that she prays for others but no one has ever prayed for her. Believers, there are a lot of folks out there like that. Go out and be a love bomb wherever you are!
Audrey: I writing to share a success story of a recent time the reality of my supernatural God showed up. During a routine encounter with a buddy from the gym, I found out she missed class due to a pain running down her leg, sciatica. After discussing everything, but the only real solution, my boldness rose up and I asked if I could pray for her situation. Getting permission, I laid my hand on her upper hip area and commanded the pain to stop in the name of Jesus. Remembering all my prior instruction, the prayer was kept to less than 1 minute. My friend left in her car, but promised to let me know the progress of her condition. Three days later she came up to me and said the pain running down her leg was significantly less. All I can say is victory! You never know when a healing will take place, so stick your neck out and let the next supernatural success encounter come from your lips.

Blessed Discomforts
by Jessica Mokrzycki
Never more have I felt Him so
Than when discomfort mingles with near perfection.
When chill rain falls and blustery winds blow
It's in those moments He makes wise selection.
For in those times both rare and wild,
When the present breaks upon me in a flood,
It's then I notice things I'd lose in events more mild,
Reminding me of His merciful grace both pure and good.
